    I aim to help clients cultivate more connected, compassionate, and easeful relationships with food and their bodies. ​ 

    Whether you're seeking to heal from disordered eating, manage a health condition, or generally nourish your body with more care, trust, and respect, I welcome the opportunity to work with you towards your personal goals.

    ​At this time, my practice is fully virtual and sessions are being conducted via video platform.

  • Case Consultation & Supervision

    I offer virtual weight-inclusive case consultation

    and supervision for health care professionals.

    I love holding space for therapists, dietitians, and health care providers who wants to get support practicing agentic, fat liberatory, and queer + trans affirming care.

More about the nutrition therapy process

  • Prior to getting started, I offer a complimentary 15 minute phone call so that we can talk more about your interests in nutrition counseling. I can also answer any questions you might have about my approach and the process of working together.

  • In our first session, I will invite you to share more about your unique food and body story, and review your goals for treatment so that I can tailor your support accordingly. From there we can discuss a general plan for what our work together might look like as we move forward. 

  • These sessions serve as periodic support as you make progress towards your goals. This work is a journey and will look different for each person. Frequency and total number of follow ups vary. We will co-create a living and evolving treatment container.

With Brett’s help I have worked on looking at my outfit and then walking away. I don’t say self deprecating jokes anymore and I don’t put myself down to other people. I have learned that my body is like a hydrangea, a beautiful flower that doesn’t want to be conformed into a rose. I feel more empowered. Learning to love yourself has helped me in all aspects of my life.
